Product orders and payment

Standard steel forms can be ordered for pickup through the website. Review every size and quantity before payment. Available payment methods are shown securely in Stripe checkout, and Ohio Metal Forms does not store full card or bank-account numbers.

Most forms are made to order rather than held in stock. Typical production time is about 7–8 business days, but the exact ready date is confirmed after we review the order.

Pickup is Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. Do not arrive until we confirm that the order is ready and provide pickup instructions.

Applicable sales tax is calculated from the pickup or delivery location using the registrations active for Ahner Industrial. Local pickup is sourced to Sandusky, Erie County, Ohio. Taxable freight is included when required by the destination's rules.

Freight and custom quotes

A freight checkout uses the products, complete destination, and delivery requirements to request current pricing from the configured carrier services. When a valid automatic rate is available, the site saves the carrier reference, freight charge, and exact delivered total for the customer to review before secure payment.

If automatic freight is unavailable or a product is not configured for rating, the site saves the request without charging the customer so Ohio Metal Forms can review freight. If the tax service is temporarily unavailable, no order is saved and the customer is asked to retry; ordinary sales tax never waits for Operations approval. Only a requested tax exemption requires documentation review. The customer is responsible for providing a complete, accurate delivery address and jobsite contact information.

Returns, exchanges, and refunds

Due to the made-to-order nature of these products, all sales are final. Ohio Metal Forms does not accept discretionary returns or exchanges. Please verify sizes, quantities, compatibility, pickup or delivery details, and the final total before payment. Call us before paying if you want help reviewing an order.

The final-sale policy does not prevent us from reviewing an item shipped in error, freight damage or shortage, or a suspected manufacturing defect. Inspect the order promptly after pickup or delivery and before use when practical. Contact us promptly after discovering a problem with the order or quote number, affected SKU and quantity, a description of the issue, and clear photographs. Keep the product, packaging, labels, and carrier paperwork until we provide instructions.

Ohio Metal Forms will review the information and explain the remedy, if any, appropriate to a confirmed issue. Do not ship, discard, modify, or attempt to repair an affected item before receiving instructions. Unauthorized returns are not accepted, and this review process does not promise a refund.

Changes and cancellations

An unpaid order or quote can be cancelled by contacting us. After payment, changes or cancellation are not guaranteed and the all-sales-final policy applies. Expired or cancelled quote links cannot be paid.

Text messaging terms

If you ask Ohio Metal Forms to text you, you consent to receive low-volume transactional text messages at the mobile number you provide. Messages may include a requested quote or secure quote link, answers to your questions, and quote, order, pickup, freight, or delivery status updates. We do not use this program for marketing, and consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency varies according to your request and order activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of further text messages or HELP for help. Freight damage or shortages

Inspect freight when it arrives. Note visible damage or shortages on the carrier paperwork before signing when possible. Photograph the shipment, damage, labels, and packaging; keep all packaging and paperwork; and contact us promptly with the order or quote number and affected quantities so we can review the shipment with the carrier. Do not discard or return the material without instructions.
