Local pickup in Sandusky
Pickup is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., at 2001 E Perkins Ave, Sandusky, OH 44870. Wait for the ready confirmation and pickup instructions before arriving.
Bring a vehicle or trailer suitable for the quantity and 10 ft form length, plus appropriate load-securement equipment. Call for exact product weights when planning the vehicle.

Production time is not transit time
Typical made-to-order production is about 7–8 business days. Carrier transit begins after the order is complete and released for shipment. Destination, carrier service, weather, and access requirements can affect transit.
Receiving the shipment
Have the onsite contact and unloading plan ready. Inspect the shipment before signing when possible. Note visible damage or shortages on the carrier paperwork, keep photographs and packaging, and contact us promptly.
Common freight details that change cost
Residential delivery, liftgate service, limited-access locations, appointments, and re-delivery can affect freight cost. Providing those details before quoting helps prevent surprises.
