Concrete Block Molds
Put surplus concrete to work. Cast 4 ft × 2 ft × 2 ft nominal interlocking blocks in a reusable steel mold made by Ahner Industrial in Sandusky, Ohio. Four-face V keys form mating top, bottom and end profiles. The two mold halves separate after the corner hardware and removable anchor-recess holder are released. The reusable recess-former kit is included. Ships with the two fully welded L-shaped halves bolted together on one pallet, with closure hardware included. The anchor-recess holder and former are protected inside for shipment; fit them before casting. No customer welding is required. Delivery pricing is calculated at checkout using your address and unloading needs. A valid automatic rate gives you the exact delivered total before payment; unavailable rates and tax-exempt freight requests are saved for review. Pickup is also available.

From surplus concrete to a keyed block
The mold creates complementary V profiles on the top, bottom and ends. Nominal dimensions describe the joint spacing; the projecting keys extend beyond those dimensions.
The reusable recess former, steel holder and mounting hardware are included. The anchor cast into each block is separate. Select the complete lifting system for the actual concrete and block; the mold itself supplies no lifting rating.
Block layout, foundation, drainage, wall height and loading need a project-specific design. Waterfront and shoreline projects also need that review; purchasing a mold does not establish suitability for those conditions.
