1. Draw the form-use timeline

Name the pours P1, P2, P3, and so on. For each pour, record the setup start, concrete window, earliest allowed strip decision, cleaning time, travel across the site, and next setup deadline.

Do not put a form in two places because both rows say Tuesday. Use actual hours or shifts when the work is tight. Record the project-controlled release, cleaning, inspection and movement windows; a calendar date alone does not establish that forms are available again.

2. Find the peak by part type

Add the forms committed during each time block. Do this separately for four-inch straights, six-inch straights, flex forms, matching-height corners, fillers and required jobsite hardware. Track corner connection direction in the layout; the OMF catalog does not list separate inside/outside variants. The peak for one part may occur on a different day than the peak for another.

Inventory cannot be averaged. Forty forms used Monday and twenty used Tuesday does not mean the job needs thirty. It needs at least the forty committed Monday, plus the reviewed spare and repair plan.
